Karen Kentner Hiser met her husband, Clint, while working for Anthony's in Sallisaw. They met in April 1989, and started dating the following August. They've been married for over 13 years.
Karen has four children: Brandy, 29, is married and lives in Sallisaw; Jaime, 25, has two daughters, Naomi and Adeline (yes, that's right folks, Karen is a grandmother!); Shelby, 12, just finished the sixth grade; and Darby, 11, is an aspiring professional baseball player.
Karen loves her job as a certified surgical technologist. She also loves being involved with her boys' baseball and basketball teams. Karen's husband, Clint, is associate pastor of their church, and they are very involved with church activities. Karen is the Sunday School Director, Vacation Bible School Co-Director and Children's Special Programs Leader.
