Rhonda Long has been married to husband, Bill, for over 25 years. They met when their offices were next door to each other, and, after a double date with another couple, the rest is history. Bill is an Oklahoma Highway Patrolman and is currently the commander of Troop C.
Both Rhonda and Bill have children from previous marriages. Bill has Tricia and Marcinda, and Rhonda has Kenny. Tricia is the oldest, followed by Marcinda and Kenny. There is only four months difference between Marcinda and Kenny. They are as close as twins. Currently, Tricia, is living in Dallas. She works for Barnes and Noble and serves in the United States Air Force Reserve. Marcinda is married with two little girls: Kassidy, 4; and Haley, 1. They are currently in Los Angeles but plan to move to Colorado Springs soon. Kenny is married and living in Broken Arrow. Kenny and wife, Andrea, are the proud parents of a baby girl, Zurri Alexandria, born in May of this year. Kenny is a state trooper and serves in the Air Force Guard. In the past two years, Kenny has served our country in Qatar and Iraq (thank you, Kenny!).
Rhonda is a registered nurse/health care management nurse and works for the Aging Services Division with the Department of Human Services.
Rhonda's favorite pastime is spending time with her family. She also loves her yearly trips to Colorado to go four-wheeling. She also enjoys scrapbooking and fishing.
Rhonda said, "I would like to be able to return to SHS and walk down those squeaking wood floors to class, sit in the auditorium and watch one of our famous plays and yell and cheer our team through a pep rally! Those really were some good times."
