Steve Waters married classmate Christine Carr shortly after graduating high school. They have been best friends and soul mates for almost 30 years.
Steve and Christine have two children: a daughter, Nita, 26, who lives in Abilene, Texas, with her husband and two children; and a son, Shane, 22, who is married and living in Yukon, Oklahoma.
Steve has been in the janitorial business for over 25 years. He and Christine also buy and remodel houses for rental property.
Steve loves to play poker.
