Monte Welch married classmate Cindy Vann. Monte and Cindy have been married for 26 years.
Monte and Cindy have three children: Hillary, 24, who just started a full-time teaching job in Kansas City this year; Joe, 22, is a senior at Missouri State, majoring in cell molecular biology; and, "Monte's baby," Anna, is 13.
Monte is vice president of a property tax consulting firm that specializes in healthcare.
Monte enjoys his children and their activities, the lake, camping, and waterskiing.
